Maevon is my part-time passion project. It is a collection of hand-shaped ceramics rooted in natural texture and form. Each piece begins with raw clay, shaped slowly and intentionally. After bisque firing it is glazed by hand in natural, layered tones before being fired again in small batches. There are no molds, no mass production. Every curve, line, and surface is formed and finished entirely by hand.
The process is slow by design. Time is built into every step, from shaping to drying, from glazing to firing. This rhythm allows each object to grow into itself gradually, with space for small irregularities that make it unique. Maevon pieces are never identical, but they belong to the same language: earthy, simplistic, and deeply tactile.
Inspired by the natural world, the work reflects a love for imperfection and asymmetry. These forms are made to bring a sense of nature into your space.
